Today I went to school for gym and the side gate was closed.So I had to walk in by the main gate(is that what it's called?).Then Mr Lim made us run on the track barefoot.It was so painful!Then we went to do bars.We had to do the taller monket bars 3 times at the fitness station.Then Mr Lim put a mat at the ladder thingy andwe had to hang and do this thingy where we tucked our legs.(Sort of like a tuck jump while hanging)Then we had to lift our legs straight up all the way hanging on the ladder thingy.It's difficult.We had to do it 15 times continuos.(or is it continuosly)Is that how it's spelt?Oh,we also had to life up the 3rd heaviest pole thingy where there are 4 of them with both hands 15 times continuosly.Then we had to do 10 chin ups with people holding our ankles(it made it a bit easier to do).It was difficult because our hands were the way they are when we do inclined pull ups.Then we had to do 5 circle-ups on the 2nd highest bar with Mr Lim's help.Then we went up to the gym hall and started our warm-ups.After that,we did stretching and Mr Lim was very mean.He pushed or bad legs down and it was extremely painful.Then Christine stretched our good legs by putting the front leg on one box and the back leg on another box and then she sat on us.It was also very painful.Then Yin Ying and Lesley learnt their new floor routines.Yin Ying's music is Toss the Feathers by The Corrs.Haha...It's instrumental.We did vaulting,beam and other stuff.Then when I got home I ate porridge for lunch and watched Ladies Man on Hallmark.It's funny.Then I finished Maths WB hwk and now I am typing this post and listening to music and chatting on MSN and doing tuition hwk.Lame right?Yes.I am lame and mad and crazy and I am quite retarded sometimes.=)
